We accept telephone orders Monday thru Friday 10 am until 5 pm , 6 days a week. We do not take phone orders on Sunday.Please telephone us with any questions at 785-856-0140. If we are not available, please leave a message and we will get back to you. You can also leave a message with your order information.

Forms of Payment
NOMADS Boutique accepts the following forms of payment: Credit Cards (American Express, Master Card, Visa and Discover). Checks, Cash and Gift Certificates are accepted in-store only.

Sales Tax
Local taxes, if applicable, will be added to your order.

Purchasing
An acknowledgement of your order will be sent by e-mail. We also aim to dispatch all orders within three (3) working days subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. Please note that you must supply us with your valid email address in your order to receive your electronic order confirmation.

Shipping
Nomads Boutique Online Store DOES NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. Most orders will be dispatched within three (3) working days subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. We will contact you if there is a delay or items are out of stock.

Orders received on weekend days (Saturday ) will not begin processing until the following business week. No orders will ship out on Saturday or Sunday.

For overnight or express shipping, please call us at 785-856-0240 during regular business hours and we will do our best to arrange shipping. We offer UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air for orders placed over the phone.

Returns & Exchange Policy
If you are unhappy with a purchase from www.shopnomadsonline.com, we will gladly accept it for return or exchange, but the item must be postmarked within ten (10) days of the original shipping date. Any discounted or sale merchandise are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please enclose a note with your name and phone number explaining the reason for the return or exchange. You must include the original receipt from your package for all returns/exchanges, and the items must not have been worn, altered, or washed, with tags still attached. We will credit the card on which the purchase was made.
